CANDY HORROR PREY FOR

AUSTRALIAN AND NORTH AMERICAN RELEASE

New Australian candy horror flick Prey today confirmed its Australian and Northern American release dates.

Starring Aussie superstar Natalie Bassingthwaighte and US heart-throb Jesse Johnson, Prey (M) premieres in Melbourne and Sydney in May 2009 at invitation-only events. The movie will run for a strictly limited season at selected cinemas throughout Australia ahead of the film’s DVD release.

Following the Australian launch, Prey will premiere in selected cinemas in the USA from July 2009. Xenon Pictures (USA) has acquired all North American rights for theatrical distribution in the USA through Lionsgate Films and in Canada through Universal. A VIP premiere is planned in Las Vegas.
